This checklist helps you share the details that affect equipment selection, integration, consumable identification, troubleshooting and quotation. It does not replace a review of your actual line and materials.
PROJECT CHECKLIST
Share the actual product or package, substrate, shape and print area. Include a clear photo and a representative sample where possible.
Provide the exact date, batch, barcode, QR code, logo, text or variable label you need, including the intended code size and position.
Confirm line speed, product spacing, direction of travel, available mounting location and the amount of integration space.
Describe contrast, durability, scan requirement, environmental exposure and any existing customer or internal acceptance criteria.
Explain where variable data comes from: operator entry, a production system, a database, a scanner or a label design system.
For replacement, upgrade, consumable or parts requests, send the equipment nameplate, original references and photos of the current installation.
State whether you need commissioning support, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, consumables, replacement parts or operator training.
Include quantity, delivery country, target timing and any requirements that affect the quotation or project handover.
